so it is more users and more features as you go up in package. Teamviewer on the other hand their package progression relies on additional features and how many users can access it at once. A little over $1k to just access 10 machines. Where logmein bases their plans on endpoint numbers. The one thing they have going for them is that all plans offer unlimited endpoints. I am not going willingly going into that good night, and yes I do have issues with this move. So a 1 year sub gives me a chance to see if it fits for me.īut also I am still voicing my opinion that I do not like it, to Teamviewer. Plus I was looking for a Ticketing Help Desk and so I am looking at Premium now because of that. Since I still retain my 11 license if they don't offer competitive renewal prices then I can always stay at 11 for as long as Teamviewer supports it and as long as I feel comfortable using a version not getting security updates. I am on 11 and was getting ready to buy 12 so a 1 year sub is actually less than I would of paid for the update.
It is the way I am working out if I should stay with it. So that is the reason if you read my comments on this I am pretty pro Teamviewer. I am also trying to convince myself to still stick with it by posting what I see as positives.
But I think I make some valid points on Teamviewer still being a good option and right now the best I found. They now have Servicecamp a Helpdesk with ticketing Included in Premium and Enterprise along with the Mobile, have not tried it but have wanted to implement a Helpdesk/Ticketing.ĮDIT: if you read my replies and no one has brought this up yet but I have NO connection to teamviewer. My only problem is that they don't offer Mobile control on ALL Subscriptions. Special Offer to existing customers is not bad. As title says, outright purchase is done.
